The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

  • preparation of correspondence and court documents
  • liaising with clients and colleagues
  • ensuring compliance with court timetables
  • meeting client's requirements
  • data entry
  • document collation
  • monthly billing
  • opening/closing files
  • scanning and filing documents
  • electronic system management
  • assisting secretarys in the team as required

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • office experience
  • excellent spelling and grammar
  • friendly and helpful disposition and positive attitude
  • ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • experience with Microsoft Office
