Grant has practiced in commercial disputes and litigation for over 11 years, is well connected in the industry and a trusted professional advisor who combines expert legal advice with astute commercial judgement and business acumen.

Grant specialises in dispute resolution across a range of areas, acting for medium to large corporate entities and individuals. Areas of expertise include, banking and finance, director and shareholder disputes, owners corporations and fraud and asset recovery.

Grant is collaborative and strategic in his approach to providing advice and problem solving. He has a proven track record in high profile and large complex disputes, most notably in National Australia Bank v Rose [2015] VSC 10 and the Essendon Football Club drugs saga from 2014 - 2015.
