Experience
Jayden provides advice and recommendations relating to workers compensation claims and litigation, as well as common law work injury damages claims. He represents a wide variety of clients including various NSW Government departments, multinational corporations, and self-insurers.
Complex issues pertaining to the application and statuary interpretation of workers compensation legislation fall within Jayden’s expertise. He applies this knowledge to assist his clients in understanding their position when it comes to liability for work injuries and workers compensation entitlements. His knowledge is also utilized to provide clear advice on matters pertaining to ongoing claims management.
Jayden’s expertise also extends to appellate and judicial review. This allows Jayden to provide sound advice to his clients as to their prospects of appeal within the Personal Injury Commission and appellate courts, as well as their prospects of defending such matters.
With a keen interest in litigation and advocacy, Jayden often represents clients at arbitration hearings within the Personal Injury Commission. In doing so, he is often engaged to put forward oral or written submissions relating to issues for determination.
Jayden also has a keen interest in appellant work, which has led to his involvement in a number of appeal proceedings within the Personal Injury Commission and higher appellate courts.
