Jon-Paul is a Senior Associate in our Sydney General Insurance team. Jon-Paul is an experienced litigator appearing in multiple jurisdictions, specialising within New South Wales Local Court as a solicitor advocate on General Insurance disputes. Jon-Paul also advises insurers on indemnity, fraud and property recoveries matters.

Prior to joining the firm Jon-Paul practiced predominantly in ‘Recovery Agent’ Litigation, fostering excellent advocacy skill and a strong strategic understanding of participating in high volume litigation both for and against insurers. His experience at the forefront of ‘credit-hire’ and ‘recovery’ litigation has allowed him to develop a working knowledge of motor claims, which he utilises to quickly and accurately identify key issues in dispute, ensuring proactive and high quality advice in each of his matters.
