Tarah is a Special Counsel in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Melbourne office.

Tarah acts for insurers across Victoria on a broad range of complex matters, with a particular focus on property damage recovery and insurance disputes. Her experience includes acting in complex property damage recovery claims, subrogated motor vehicle and property damage claims, and matters involving fraud, indemnity and insurance contract disputes.

She works closely with insurer clients to deliver strategic, commercially focused advice across the lifecycle of a claim, from early investigations through to litigated outcomes.
