Turks is delighted to announce the promotion of Luke Allan to Partner in our General Insurance team effective 1 January 2023.

Luke’s promotion recognises his hard work and the commitment he brings to the firm and his clients. Luke is based in our Melbourne office.

Luke joined Turks in 2019 and practices for insurers, insurance intermediaries and self-insured companies in a variety of defended liability, property, fraud and indemnity, product liability and personal injury matters. Luke is well regarded for his pragmatic and down to earth approach to complex matters, which assists him achieve the best commercial and strategic outcomes for his clients, especially in relation to disputes involving construction and hazards (including fire, water and chemical).

Luke is an invaluable addition to the Turks Partnership and an integral member of our successful and growing general insurance team.
