It is our great pleasure to welcome back Peter Banco to Turks as a Partner in our Brisbane General Insurance practice.

Many of our long standing clients would have worked with Peter and will share our excitement at having such a talented, dedicated and passionate individual back with us.

Peter first joined Turks in 2009. He returns to us after having spent time at Norton Rose Fulbright where he was a Senior Associate in the Insurance and Life Sciences team and then for the past seven years as Senior Legal Counsel at the Commonwealth Bank supporting CommInsure.

Peter has over 17 years’ experience specialising in General Insurance with a proven track record in delivering advice and litigation to insurers in a wide range of claims including property, liability, product and regulatory advice and disputes. His down to earth and accessible approach makes him a pleasure to deal with and a perfect fit for Turks.

Peter's addition to the Turks partnership further enhances our strong General Insurance offering and supports our continued growth in our talented Brisbane team.
