Turks is delighted to welcome Brad Quillan as a Partner in our Employers Liability practice.

Brad brings to the firm extensive experience in the areas of both statutory workers compensation claims and work injury damages that is recognised throughout the industry. He has practised in these areas since his admission to practise and has attained Specialist Accreditation in Personal Injury Law .

Brad has advised and represented icare Workers Insurance (Private Employers), icare Insurance for NSW (Government Agencies) and National Self Insurers in complex work injury damages and high volume statutory claims. He has forged strong relationships with brokers and employers, gaining a reputation for providing expert and pragmatic advice that focuses on his client’s specific needs and preferred outcomes.

Brad has acknowledged expertise in advising both Private Employers and Government Agencies in regard to complex psychological injury claims for damages and statutory compensation including those involving emergency workers exposed to trauma. He actively engages with insurers and employers from the pre-liability stage to ensure that a strategy is devised and implemented which is cognizant of the interests and objectives of all stakeholders whilst managing reputational risk and minimising costs.

Brad’s addition to the Turks partnership further enhances our Employers Liability offering, and follows the promotions of Adel Saleh and Layal El-Khatib to Senior Associate this month.
