Courtney first joined Turks in 2013 and worked within its Life Insurance, Superannuation and Advice team for four years. After then working as a Group Insurance Product Manager at an Australian life insurance company for two years, Courtney re-joined Turks LSA team in 2019.

Courtney works exclusively with financial institutions and superannuation trustee clients. Courtney advises on all areas of life insurance products and superannuation, including the key impacts of the latest legislative and regulatory change. She is involved in reviewing and drafting insurance policies, related agreements and product disclosure material. She has worked on some of the largest group insurance transactions.

Courtney also has extensive experience providing advice to life insurers and superannuation trustees with respect to death and disability insurance claims, and assisting clients in dealing with litigation and other dispute resolution processes.
