Alexander (Alex) brings with him extensive experience in civil litigation, specialising in insurance disputes.

Alex’s past experience includes working in-house at a major general insurer in motor and CTP claims before joining private practice where he acted on behalf of Queensland local governments in the defence of public liability claims, and managed a substantial portfolio of litigated motor vehicles and household claims for a large Queensland insurer.

Alex has particular expertise in investigating and defending credit hire claims, one of which he ran to trial and had the claim dismissed on the basis that it amounted to abuse of process.
