Charles joined Turks in January 2025 as a Consultant in our Commercial team. Charles is an experienced senior lawyer with over 40 years’ specialist expertise in commercial litigation, administrative law and insolvency and securities law.

Charles’ career has included a number of years as Managing Partner and Board member of a commercial law firm. He was also the former Head of the Commonwealth Government practice at his previous firm and was a lecturer for the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) in the subject of Securities Law and Ethics.
