Dane joined Turks in 2023 as Special Counsel.

Since his admission in 2011, Dane has worked predominantly in the areas of NSW statutory workers compensation claims and work injury damages. Dane has also gained significant experience in acting in NSW motor accident claims, public liability claims and intentional tort claims.

Dane has extensive knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation, including its various reforms and transitional provisions, and regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission.

Prior to joining Turks, Dane worked at a mid-tier firm providing advice to injured workers.

Dane’s professional experience enables him to provide practical advice and solutions to insurer, self insurer and employer clients.
