Experience
Eliza joined Turks in April 2012 and specialises in the area of work injury damages. She advises insurers on the issues surrounding employer negligence and liability, and works collaboratively with clients to assist in the resolution of claims prior to the commencement of court proceedings.
Eliza represents insurers at mediations, and regularly appears in the New South Wales District and Supreme Courts. She conducts legal research on complex issues involving employer negligence, and pursues recoveries in multi-party matters.
Eliza keeps insurers informed of recent cases of interest, and is a regular contributor of our TurkAlerts.
