He is recognised for his client centric and commercially attuned approach, supporting clients through sensitive, high value and multi layered matters.
His work covers corporate and commercial issues, regulatory and consumer law matters, disputes and litigation strategy, technology and intellectual property issues, and planning, environment and land acquisition matters. He also advises on private equity and capital markets transactions, drawing on his understanding of risk, governance and commercial drivers.
His clients include small to medium enterprises, start ups, ASX listed companies and their subsidiaries, government bodies, not for profits and charities, body corporates and owners committees, high net worth individuals and families, and foreign entities with interests in the Australian market. His experience appearing and advising across multiple jurisdictions, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Commonwealth jurisdictions, specialist tribunals, courts of appeal and the High Court of Australia, enables him to navigate varied procedural environments and guide clients through the full lifecycle of a matter.
