Kathryn joined Turks in January 2023 and is a Senior Associate in the General Insurance Team.

Kathryn has a background in insurance, litigation and dispute resolution with diverse experience ranging from matters involving complex property damage recoveries, personal injury, liability, indemnity disputes and fraud matters.

Kathryn has a strong focus on advising insurers on a wider range of insurance matters across New South Wales and Queensland. She is a skilled solicitor advocate and appears directly before Courts and Tribunals.

Kathryn is highly regarded for applying a down-to-earth, strategic, practical and commercial approach to resolving disputes.

She also has extensive litigation experience in the New South Wales Local, District and Supreme Courts.
