Miriam joined Turks in 2019 as Special Counsel.

She joined the Partnership, overseeing the Newcastle office in January 2021.

Since her admission to practice Miriam has worked exclusively in the areas of statutory workers compensation claims and work injury damages. Her career has spanned numerous periods of reform and she is well versed in navigating the complexities of this area of law.

Miriam’s experience is highly valued by her insurer, self-insurer and employer clients who benefit from her practical, strategic and whole of business solutions.

Miriam regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission of NSW.
