Rachel joined Turks in March 2024 and is a Senior Associate in the General Insurance Team.

Rachel has a background acting for insurers in motor insurance litigation, before joining Turks and moving into the property and liability space. She now acts for insurers in complex property recoveries, fraud and investigation matters, liability and indemnity disputes.

She has extensive litigation experience in the New South Wales Local, District and Supreme Courts.
