Taylah joined Turks in 2017 as a paralegal while completing her studies. Taylah is now a Senior Associate in the Commercial Solutions and Banking & Finance teams.

Taylah’s key areas of practice are debt recovery, insolvency, commercial and banking litigation and security enforcement.

Her clients include banks and other lenders, insolvency practitioners and both commercial and statutory creditors.

Taylah conducts matters on behalf of her clients all State and Territory courts around Australia (from Local/Magistrates’ Courts to the Supreme Courts), the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Taylah routinely acts for lenders enforcing securities including mortgage enforcement, asset finance facilities and shortfall recoveries. Taylah is also regularly sought out by insolvency practitioners after their appointment taking investigatory steps, advising on potential claims and pursuing any available claims and recoveries.
