Zoë joined Turks in 2024 having worked in senior executive roles in professional service firms for over 15 years. Her most recent role prior to joining Turks was as General Manager of a mid tier law firm. A Chartered Accountant, Zoë has a strong financial background and a proven track record as a leader in the legal industry.

Zoë's leadership philosophy is centred around collaboration, transparency and innovation and her core values are inclusivity, teamwork and a pursuit of excellence. Zoë is passionate about ensuring optimum outcomes and experiences for clients and staff.

Zoë completed her Masters of Business Administration at MGSM, and used this time to further refine her skills in managing change, leadership and strategic analysis. During her MBA, Zoë was selected to complete a live case study in a management consulting subject, which involved consulting with, and presenting to, the executive teams at a multi-national airline and their associated reward program.

In her role as CEO of Turks, Zoë is driving the firm forward with a focus on superior client service, developing the firm's people, accelerating innovation and other internal efficiencies coupled with strong financial management.
