Turks is delighted to welcome Dane Twohill as a Special Counsel in our Employers Liability practice in Newcastle.

For over a decade, Dane has worked predominantly in the areas of NSW statutory workers compensation claims and work injury damages. Dane has also gained significant experience acting in NSW motor accident claims, public liability claims and intentional tort claims.

Dane has extensive knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation, including its various reforms and transitional provisions, and regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission.

Dane’s professional experience enables him to provide practical advice and solutions to our insurer, self-insurer, broker and employer clients. His addition to Turks also further strengthens our Newcastle office.
