Always on the lookout for excellent lawyers who share our values and our commitment to clients, we are delighted to share some great news about the continued growth of our Melbourne office.

It is our pleasure to welcome two new partners, Natasha Sim and Rosalind Gilsenan to our Melbourne team.

Natasha Sim joins us as a Partner in our Commercial team, specialising in Workplace Relations.

Natasha has nearly a decade of experience practising in workplace relations. She advises clients on all aspects of employment and industrial relations laws, including enterprise bargaining, enterprise agreement disputes, executive employment and corporate governance issues, managing ill and injured workers, award classification, and post-employment restraints. She has particular expertise in managing challenging staffing issues such as staff misconduct and underperformance, underpayments, and discrimination claims. Natasha’s appointment brings our national Commercial team to 11 partners and 16 lawyers in offices across Australia.

Rosalind Gilsenan joins us as a Partner in our General Insurance team.

Rosalind is a highly regarded and accomplished general insurance litigator, who has spent over 23 years specialising in property damage, liability and personal injury litigation, as well as indemnity and other insurance disputes.

A trusted advisor to leading general insurers, Rosalind advises and works with clients across the spectrum of issues, from negotiating settlements, often with multiple defendants and complex issues, and where necessary, to trial. Rosalind is also a trained mediator with experience in personal injury, workers' compensation and commercial disputes and comes to us with a passion for training and mentoring lawyers.

Rosalind’s appointment brings our national General Insurance team to 11 partners and 45 lawyers in offices across Australia.
