We’re delighted to welcome Jason Banna back to Turks as Special Counsel in our Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team.

Jason returns to the firm Turks after four years in house with TAL, bringing valuable client side insight across complex superannuation and life insurance claims, disputes and regulatory matters. His experience spans multi jurisdictional litigation, tribunal proceedings, regulatory reviews, and Federal Court appeals.

His blend of private practice and in house experience further strengthens our ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
