Clare’s key areas of practice are in commercial disputes and insolvency, debt recovery, security enforcement, winding up and bankruptcy.

She acts for large and small corporate companies and insurers. Her portfolio has grown to include construction and building companies as well as foreign corporations.

She has a particular interest in trade credit recoveries and advises clients through all stages of recovery, from pre-litigation demands through to judgment and enforcement actions. You will often see Clare appearing for creditors in the winding up and bankruptcy lists.

Clare also acts in large scale commercial litigation matters and assists clients to resolve their disputes in state and federal courts across all jurisdictions.
