Dominic has more than 20 years’ experience in workers compensation specialising in complex common law claims, dual insurance and claims for Statutory Indemnities under section 151Z of the Workers Compensation Act.

He has practised in the areas of statutory claims, work injury damages, public liability, compulsory third party and medical negligence enabling him to formulate strategies for the early resolution of complex multi-party disputes.

Known for his practical advice, Dominic is regularly approached to consult with employers and insurers on the general management of their claims portfolios.

Dominic has been recognised in the 2021 Doyle’s Guide as 'Recommended NSW Defendant Workers Compensation Lawyer and Public & Product Liability Defendant Lawyer.'
