Lachlan is a Partner in our Commercial team based in our Newcastle office. As an experienced litigator and Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution, Lachlan is known for resolving matters in a commercial and efficient manner.

Lachlan specialises in litigation and dispute resolution in the insolvency, commercial, construction and insurance sectors, and has appeared in all levels of Courts and Tribunals on behalf of his clients. He also specialises in alternate dispute resolution and regularly appears for clients in mediations and settlement conferences, to resolve matters in the most cost effective manner and avoid unnecessary legal costs.

He also serves on external Boards providing governance advice, most recently in the aged care and not-for-profit sectors.

Lachlan is an active member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and has been recently acknowledged in Best Lawyers Australia in Insolvency and Reorganisation Law.
