Sean joined Turks in 2016 and specialises in workers compensation.

Sean has experience in dealing with all aspects of workers compensation claims. This includes advice on initial liability decisions, as well as acting on behalf of insurers in complex litigated matters heard by the Personal Injury Commission and appeals to the Supreme Court.

Sean works with an array of clients including large self-insurers. With this experience, Sean is acutely aware that there is often a range of competing interests in any given claim and seeks to find the most beneficial outcome for all stakeholders. Sean is approachable and friendly, yet a strong advocate in all WCC proceedings.
