Tatijana joined Turks in February 2021 and specialises in the area of work injury damages.

Prior to joining Turks, Tatijana gained extensive knowledge of the claims management process, the NSW workers compensation legislation and case law, whilst working for a large NSW workers compensation insurer.

Tatijana regularly represents insurers at mediations in the Personal Injury Commission. She is highly experienced in achieving commercially viable settlement outcomes in matters involving complex liability issues.

Tatijana has a deep understanding of her client’s objectives, which allows her to achieve positive legal and commercial outcomes.
