About Joel Blackman
Joel has deep experience in corporate and commercial advisory work, competition and consumer matters, regulatory compliance, TMT, intellectual property, complex disputes, planning and environment issues, land acquisition and private equity and capital markets. His clients range from organisations and not for profits to specialist groups and individuals, including those with international interests in Australia. He brings experience across multiple jurisdictions to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused guidance.

About Sam Norton
Sam is a commercial practitioner experienced in telecommunications, technology, corporate and commercial matters, competition and consumer law, intellectual property and multi jurisdictional disputes. He advises SMEs, listed entities, local governments and foreign clients on commercial transactions, regulatory requirements and contested matters across several Australian jurisdictions.
