Experience

Angellina joined Turks in July 2006.

She has many years’ experience specialising in the area of workers compensation claims.

Angellina’s key areas of practice relate to the provision of advice to clients with respect to all aspects of workers compensation. This includes pre-litigation advice and preparation of dispute notices as well as taking carriage of litigated matters in the Personal Injury Commission.

Angellina has written numerous TurkAlerts on various workers compensation issues and has contributed to the Employers Liability Newsletter.

Angellina has spent a number of years most recently working almost exclusively on a variety of workers compensation matters for the NSW Police Force.
