Leo joined Turks in September 2016 and is a Partner in our General Insurance team.

Leo has predominantly worked in insurance litigation since his admission in 2013.

He acts for a range of general insurers in the Australian market.

Leo has strong experience dealing with complex property damage recoveries and indemnity disputes in relation to property damage claims. Leo has a particular focus in providing advice early in the claims process to enable insurer client’s to make informed decisions related to both indemnity and recovery issues.

Leo also has extensive experience in representing and appearing on behalf of insurer clients in complex litigation, Tribunals and other alternative dispute resolution processes.

Leo is a committee member of the Property & Liability Discussion Group in NSW.
