Nikki joined Turks in October 2019 in the Employer’s Liability group having had experience in advising and representing insurers in the area of workers’ compensation since 2001.

Nikki has a thorough knowledge of the workers compensation legislation and has represented clients in the Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Commissions. She is highly experienced in providing advice to insurers on liability and case management as well as in the preparation of dispute notices.
